Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not process returns. However, if there is an issue with your order - we are happy to resolve it, and thankful for the opportunity to fix it for you. These magnets come from my family to you and yours and we want you to be happy with your finished product!
Should you have any concerns about your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll re-make your order or offer a partial / full refund at our discretion, no need to return your product!
