Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order is processed.

Shipping:

• We offer a standard shipping option for a flat rate of $5.95 within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future and will notify customers once we're able to ship internationally. Check back here for changes. • Shipping times vary depending on your location, but range from 2-6 days within the US. Please refer to our shipping estimates for more information.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the product, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund.

• Please take any necessary photos upon receipt of your goods to validate, and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a resolution.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase so long as your order has not started production. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
